In the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, I sought a more dependable Property Management company due to inadequate communication and multiple serious errors on their part. My quest led me to Breakwater NW, which is owned by Tara Costanzo. Right from the beginning, I admired Tara's kindness, extensive knowledge of renting laws in Portland, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to produce results. She went above and beyond to promptly repair my rental unit and quickly find trustworthy new tenants for me. Managing my rental from afar, since I live in another state, can be quite stressful, but working with her has been a seamless and welcome relief.
