Whether it's a wedding, family reunion, bachelorette party, birthday celebration, or honoring the life of a loved one, we've got you covered. Our approach is centered on creating a fun and unique event that truly reflects your personality. We offer innovative ideas that are tailored to each individual occasion, ensuring that no two events are ever the same. In addition to our planning services, we also offer a 25-foot screen for displaying your cherished photos and videos as well as full audio-visual capabilities. We draw on over 28 years of bartending experience and a vast network of professional contacts to offer a one-stop-shop for all your event needs. Our founder is a professionally-trained wedding consultant and former Operations Manager for the North Lake Tahoe SnowFest, bringing a wealth of experience and resources to every project.

Our property in Reno, NV required the services of a local event planner to organize a luncheon. Pam stepped in with just 3 weeks to plan and successfully found all the necessary vendors. I hired a day-of wedding coordinator quite late into my planning process, and came across Radiant Blue Events in my online search. Pamela was my contact, and fortunately, she was available on my wedding date. She was efficient and responsive in our communications, despite my lack of detail and responsiveness until 2 weeks before the event. As our conversations were quick and productive, I felt confident heading into my big day. Pamela took care of coordinating with my vendors, reminding me of missed payments, and managing details I had overlooked. I was impressed with how much she handled during the event itself, including items I had forgotten, coordination with all vendors, and even chasing after our ring bearer when he ran off with the wedding rings. Everything was taken care of by the end of the evening, with all gifts and floral neatly placed at home, and the cake stored properly. Her assistant was also attentive, refilling drinks and assisting in other ways. I have no doubt that my wedding would not have gone as smoothly without Pamela and her team. I am grateful for their hard work, and thrilled with how the day turned out!
