We conduct extensive research to identify elements that can achieve your design goals while keeping within your budget.

We stand out from other service providers by offering a flat-service rate fee for our services. Our services are available in project service packages, ensuring that you won't be surprised by unexpected costs. Our Visual Design Recommendation Plan and Full-Color Rendering services provide an up-front estimate of what your project will cost. We make design projects easy and affordable.

All our service packages can be found on our website. We compile all your information into a "Visionary Design Recommendation Plan" for each room you order. These visualized plans can be shared with your contractor, service installer or architect to make the final measurements, permits, and other required criteria or materials needed for your remodel.

Our Visual Design Recommendation and Full-Color Rendering Plan services include research for all updated materials and elements for all our service packages. We conduct this research with your budget in mind and offer a shopping list of where to find and buy all recommended elements for your project.

We offer our services remotely or in-person during a pre-scheduled appointment. A forty-five-minute consultation is provided to review your space and design directives. Each service package offers between 5-10 element updates, and additional element updates are available and noted on our website.

All packages include consultation, research, layout and design, Full-Color Rendering, and Visual Design Recommendation Plan. We also include a Statement Sheet and Shopping lists. Estimated turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from the final approval of a rough plan, but schedule adjustments may be necessary based on project process and approval turnaround by the client.
