David's scheduling was effective as he quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC, which turned out to be a small problem. Additionally, he installed a smart thermostat for $150. Although the quote was significantly more expensive than the previous technician's estimate for installation, we opted for the convenience of having David already here.

Specifically, for my project, he charged $200 per hour, which encompassed travel time to procure the necessary component, scaling up to the rooftop via a window, and $100 to commute to my property in central Denver. The fee may be reduced if he is in closer proximity to the client or if the task is fairly straightforward. The air conditioning is now functional, and I am grateful for his assistance.
