Everything was resolved in the end. Michael has multiple stores and an employee from a nearby location called me to give a quote of $150 for the replacement of the power supply in my older computer. After requesting the repair, the employee called back a few hours later to inform me that it was done. However, I was informed that a refurbished power supply was used, which was not acceptable to me. The employee then offered a new part for $200, which would take a few days to arrive. I contacted Michael about the situation via email, and he apologized and assured me that a new part would be used. The next day, I picked up my computer, and the employee apologized for misunderstanding the situation and for not calling me earlier. Although my computer works well, I am unsure whether the power supply used was new, refurbished, or used since it did not come in a box.
