Our Kenmore refrigerator was repaired by Vlad, as it was not functioning properly. After contacting him and explaining the issue following the repair, he assured me that he was aware of the problem and would need to order parts, which would arrive between Monday and Tuesday. He also promised to arrange another visit that week and stated that there would be no additional charge. As promised, he arrived and fixed the issue. The fridge now works perfectly. Vlad is a highly skilled professional who charges reasonable fees and is extremely reliable. I would highly recommend him.

Vlad proved to be punctual, receptive, tidy, and skilled in his work. He even went beyond his duty to find a replacement part for my Bosch dishwasher, which saved me the trouble of having to hunt for a new machine. The price was fair too. I would highly endorse him!
