My tenant was met with patience by Devante; he arranged a repair appointment that ended up necessitating a replacement, which he was ready to finish within the same day. When I forgot to provide the HOA with our company's credentials, he remained patient and understanding until I resolved the issue. Devante impressed me so much that I have already referred him to other landlords and property owners.
