What an incredible experience! Quantum Construction and Design exceeded all of my expectations and more! I required a new front porch and steps, and they promptly came to assess the project and discuss other potential ideas. The following week, they completed the work efficiently and delivered a finished project that surpassed my initial expectations! My neighbors now frequently compliment my front porch.

Thanks to these guys, my wife and I were able to acquire our dream kitchen! Given her particular taste, they were extremely considerate in guiding us through each step. They demonstrated remarkable proficiency and were always ready to assist. My wife is pleased, and I am equally content. I am considering having them renovate our bathroom as well!

On a Tuesday, Quantum Roofing carried out the removal of our roof. Initially, everything went smoothly until a surprise rainstorm occurred. I immediately called to inform them of the situation as there was nothing covering the roof. The following day, their representative came out, however, we already had water damage in various areas such as the outlets, drywall, insulation, blinds, and walls. Although, initially, the owner, Willie, assured us that everything would be restored to its original state, we later discovered that during the roofing process, his workers had advised him to cover the roof, which he ignored. The roof replacement continued, which resulted in 16 punctures and damages to the interior drywall. Despite the "patchwork" done, 6 of the punctures are still visible, and the paintwork is shoddy, with color mismatches in my son's room and the living room (where the most damage was). Above the cabinets, there is loose drywall where there was water damage, and I was disappointed to learn that it wasn't replaced. Adding to the list of issues, there are now 6 new cracks in the kitchen drywall where there were none before. Therefore, based on my overall experience, I would not recommend Quantum Roofing.

Additionally, their team provided us with an unparalleled deal, helping us save thousands of dollars compared to alternative options. We greatly appreciate the trust that Willie and his team have in their work, as demonstrated through the one-year warranty they provided us with. Overall, we found Willie and his team to be professional, prompt, highly skilled, and reasonable in pricing - earning them a 10 out of 10 rating. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
