For the past 13 years, I have dedicated myself to the practice of yoga and spiritual healing. Along my self-healing journey, I have incorporated techniques such as breath work, yoga, and various other healing modalities. Recently, I earned my 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification, in addition to being a Reiki Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator. I received private yoga instruction from R.S Bali and acquired valuable knowledge on various yoga practices and meditation techniques. Working with her has contributed to an increase in my strength and flexibility. Additionally, I underwent Reiki treatment with her for my body pains which brought a calming effect and yielded remarkable results.
