Additionally, I use a Private Coaching App to provide you with access to your workouts, instructional videos, dietary strategies, and targets 24/7. As part of my coaching services, I offer text messaging for immediate feedback on any health or fitness related questions you have. Lastly, we hold weekly check-ins to assess your overall satisfaction with the program and make any necessary adjustments to enable you to maintain the results you desire.
