As a practitioner named Sanora, my focus is primarily on shadow work. The words we use in our daily lives have individual meanings tailored to our unique experiences. Through the use of talk therapy and, on occasion, tarot, I aim to discover these hidden personal meanings that may be preventing individuals from fully understanding and embracing their authentic selves.

Furthermore, I utilize astrology to identify a person's life mission or path, as well as any obstacles that may hinder their progress. Additionally, I incorporate crystals, sound bowls, and reiki to promote chakra stabilization and a more comfortable, genuine existence.
