Martin is amazing! As a licensed GC, I am currently renovating my century-old home with an 80s extension. Martin quickly assessed the wood species, age, and condition of the house, and provided a reasonable quote for the repair, sanding, and refinishing. He suggested alternative stain colors to match our downstairs, explaining how the stain would differ and how to get the two species and colors closely aligned. Additionally, his hardworking and attentive crew, particularly an individual who meticulously hand scraped beneath our radiator, truly impressed me. I am certain to hire Martin and his team again as we continue renovations throughout the house. His excellent work and personality have been fantastic, and I will gladly request him for future projects.
