The initial service by B&B Lawn Service was satisfactory, although there were certainly areas for improvement. The front lawn appeared unevenly mowed, with trimming being neglected in parts of the backyard. The real disappointment was when they missed the second scheduled service and failed to provide any accommodation for our urgent request to fix the error. This mishap left us feeling the pressure to get our home ready for a photo shoot to list it on the market. We had to seek help from a nearby teenager who did a much better job, and we compensated them instead. We cannot give B&B Lawn Service our recommendation for their unreliability and subpar quality of service.

Our yard work has been difficult to manage lately. However, upon contacting B&B lawn care, we were pleased with their prompt response and reliable service. Their work was excellent, prompting us to consider them for future, regular yard maintenance. We highly recommend their services!
