My requests were attended to promptly by Steven and he went above and beyond to ensure that I received the desired results. He demonstrated his expertise and completed my roof repairs promptly and efficiently. I am already considering hiring him for future projects.

Despite the constant rain in the past few weeks, Steve worked diligently on several tasks such as painting two large sheds, removing a decaying awning, and installing trellis barriers at the bottom to prevent critters from entering and to prevent my dog from going under. The final outcome was impressive!

Steven proved to be an effortless communicator from his very first interaction via CrackerJack until the completion of the project. His clarity and professionalism assisted us in making deck repairs and improvements that we had not initially considered. Although these adjustments came with an increased cost, we soon realized that they offered both structural advantages and a visually pleasing appeal beyond our initial plans. The attached photos display the 2x6 beams prior to Steven's work, which resulted in a bowing effect, and the subsequent enhancements made through conduit spanning. These photos were taken before the final cleanup.

The furniture assembly and mounting of shelves and drawers done by Steven were exceptional. His work was so impressive that I have already booked him again for my next project!
