Jeff Holden and Paramount Homes successfully handled two work orders based on a WDO report and a bank-issued request. This was an extensive job that required work on both the interior and exterior of the house. Paramount Homes tackled all areas identified in the WDO report submitted by the owner, expertly replacing all rotted wood siding and trim, which were ascertained at various locations around the house. All replacement wood siding and trim were skillfully painted to match the existing colors, and any areas of peeling paint were promptly scraped and painted to match. The rotted wood located above the overhead garage door was also replaced and painted to match. Additionally, Paramount Homes quickly resolved a leak in the attic and repaired peeling paint in the guest bathroom and painted it to match the ceiling's current color.
