Phil from H&G was hired to encapsulate my crawl space and I must say, he did an exceptional job. His response time is remarkable, and he always dedicates enough time to explain everything that's required of him. The service provided was absolutely exceptional! I was puzzled by the freezing temperature in my downstairs closet upon entering it and reached out to Phillip for assistance. From our first conversation, he exhibited a high level of concern and dedication towards identifying and addressing the issue of the unusually cold air. Upon his initial visit, Phillip observed that certain sections of the closet were about 15 degrees colder than the adjacent rooms. He proceeded to conduct thorough internal and external inspections of the surrounding area and eventually discovered the possible cause of the cold air. In external temperatures of about 20 degrees, Phillip diligently sealed off the suspected areas. A few days later, he revisited to check the temperature disparity in the closet which had significantly improved, now only a few degrees lower than the adjoining rooms. Phillip's congeniality and expertise were apparent throughout the whole process.
