He initially contacted me, however, he failed to follow through with anything he proposed. He promised to come over and review my driveway, but he never showed up. Upon my follow-up to schedule an appointment, he assured me that he would call me back after checking his schedule, but unfortunately, he did not. As a result, I texted him to express my disappointment and informed him that I would be moving forward without him. His response was unprofessional, and I believe he is an unreliable individual.
