I contacted them to inquire about a custom seat for my bay window with storage space underneath. They proved to be extremely helpful and provided me with an excellent end product. They promptly came to my residence to take measurements after my initial inquiry and stayed in touch with me during the entire construction process to ensure that it matched my expectations accurately.
