Don is an exceptional person! After contacting him on Saturday afternoon, he promptly arrived at my place on Monday to install the dishwasher. During his visit, we discovered that Lowes had provided me with the wrong kit for my dishwasher. To rectify the situation, Don guided me on the correct component to purchase and even responded to my pictures of the part while at Home Depot. Don returned to my place on Tuesday morning to complete the task. I strongly recommend Don as a skilled and amiable plumber/appliance installer.

The sole complaint I have about this service is that I had to make a follow-up call after the technician's departure to inform him that the task was incomplete. Subsequently, he returned and suggested that I required a replacement part for my dryer. He proceeded to place an order, though I had to contact him four times to determine whether a new appliance was necessary, or if the current one could be repaired. Eventually, he informed me that the replacement part was en route and would arrive in a few days.

At 10:00am, I made a service request and to my surprise, Don arrived at 4:00pm on the same day. This is an exemplary turn-around time, as other appliance repair companies would not have been able to respond until the following week. Don's expertise in repairing my appliance was impressive, and his advice was highly valuable. I will certainly seek his services again in the future.
