On the day before Thanksgiving, in the late hours, we faced a valve malfunction which demanded water supply to be shut off. Despite everyone else having called it a day, I reached out to Jeff who was willing to help us out of this mess. Not only did he perform a fantastic repair job, but he was also extremely friendly and gentle. After losing our previous plumbing service to retirement, we have now stumbled upon a promising new plumber!

There was a significant leak in the pipe running from the main connection to the house that required immediate attention. Jeff, the skilled plumber from Thorough, came to our rescue by scheduling an emergency repair call. He arrived at 6:30PM and worked tirelessly until midnight to fix the issue. Jeff did an excellent job at repairing the damage and made sure to minimize any digging in the front yard. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Thorough for all your plumbing needs.
