Using Bellhops was a fantastic decision! The movers, named Kerby and Daniel, were extremely professional and personable. They were diligent in handling my fragile possessions, which included many heavy antiques, and followed my instructions with precision. Unfortunately, I had to delay our start time because of an unexpected emergency. However, the Bellhops representatives, Laurie and Mary, were incredibly kind and empathetic. Their exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations, and I appreciated their flexibility and responsiveness. While I did not know that tipping could be added to the bill, I still provided the movers with their tips in person. I would unquestionably utilize Bellhops again and highly recommend them to others. The entire moving process was far less stressful than anticipated, thanks to their outstanding service. Thank you!

I had a deadline of 48 hours to move, but all the moving companies I contacted were fully booked. Fortunately, Bellhops Moving came to my rescue with their availability. I felt relieved. The team was impressive; they had great teamwork and punctual. They listened and catered to our requirements promptly. Bellhops is an amazing company! I have used their services five times and couldn't be happier that I found out about them. They are timely, polite, and incredibly efficient. I have yet to have a single complaint about their team, which is a rarity for me. Their concept is genius - trying to move my daughter in and out of dorm rooms alone was just too overwhelming. But with Bellhops, it feels like magic - before you even know it, half of your boxes are already loaded into the car! I would highly, highly recommend them. I only wish they were available everywhere. Thank you Bellhops, and we'll be seeing you again in August!
