Emily was an amazing person to work with! Despite potential changes to the venue and countless other uncertainties, she collaborated with us to establish our vision. Indeed, her grounded nature was a breath of fresh air, rendering the entire process a pleasure.

At first, I contacted Emily for bilingual services, as her business page indicated. I was interested in hiring the Spanish-speaking coordinator. Unfortunately, a few weeks before our wedding, something went wrong with the coordinator. She had to find someone who knew a bit of Spanish and could coordinate on the day of our wedding. What was required was simple, such as introducing the couple and directing the audience on what was next. The person who was selected only met with me once before the wedding. I had to redo the whole outline of times and schedules for her and find the songs the night before. It was very stressful to say the least. On the day of the wedding, we arrived at the venue only to find out that the girl was around 17-19 years old. This was not a problem, but she barely spoke any Spanish. From our announcement of arrival to the opening of the bar, she spoke timidly, and it was obvious that it was her first job as a bilingual speaker and coordinator. They messed up the songs for our first dance and father-daughter dance. It was not a major issue, but I had already provided them with specific videos on YouTube that contained links and everything. In the end, I had to ask our DJ to coordinate and announce everything because the girl did not know what was going on. They had to come up to me for every detail and text me when I did not have my phone with me. Overall, I do not recommend this company for bilingual coordination. We had paid for their services in full, even though they did not deliver on their promises.
