Our establishment in Kansas City, Missouri, spans 11 years, and I personally oversee all daily operations as the owner. We possess all the essential criteria to operate in both Missouri and Kansas. By working with us, you will communicate with me directly, an experienced individual with 50 years' worth of knowledge in residential and commercial construction. We also have in-house team members who specialize in various trades, allowing us to maintain smooth projects. Our company collaborates with all insurance carriers and has undergone HAAG engineering training for storm damage forensics. We use Xactimate software to estimate costs, which major insurance carriers mostly employ. Notably, we are professional when working with insurance adjusters to ensure that all critical aspects are documented. Regrettably, some adjusters may lack construction site knowledge, leading to incorrect claims that could hurt you down the line. After reaching out to five different contractors who all informed us that they would not be able to start until July, we were unimpressed. However, David quickly provided us with a bid over email within 48 hours. We then met with him to discuss the scope of the project and establish a start date. While we initially did not expect David to work exclusively on this project from beginning to end, he did just that. He made sure to arrive on time, coordinated with us in advance, communicated effectively even while working in our home, and frequently checked in with us to ask questions, provide updates, and clarify details. David went above and beyond by finding a solution for a window that we had only discussed verbally during our initial meeting, resulting in a fantastic end result. Due to his commitment to providing quality work and his reliability, we plan on working with David on multiple future projects. Despite having to arrange for electrical contractors, he finished the project right on schedule. We are currently continuing to work on other projects with David's assistance and eagerly anticipate their completion.
