"I'm thrilled that we stumbled upon Diaz Pro Painting (DPP). We had a major home renovation planned for last summer, which included replacing the roof, siding, and painting the exterior. We reached out... read more to DPP to get one last estimate for the painting. Vickey came out to give us a price, and to our delight, she informed us that her company also does roofing and siding, and asked if she could provide a bid for those jobs too. She returned with a very detailed quote, itemized by each job, which allowed us to compare prices for the work we needed. After some negotiation, we agreed on a fair price, terms, and a start date. Even though DPP didn't have the lowest price for each job, they were very reasonable. I found Vickey to be honest and fair in all her dealings with us. Her crew worked diligently through some sweltering hot days, and we were grateful to see the same workers for each job. This helped us maintain a work plan and gave us the consistency needed to do the job right. Whenever issues or problems arose, they would explain and offer solution options to keep the job moving forward. However, not everything went as planned, since we were doing this work in the middle of the pandemic. We experienced worker shortage due to illness, and we also had to deal with supply issues, which forced us to make alternative choices. These factors caused the job to take several weeks longer than anticipated, which was frustrating, but we understood that DPP was not to blame for these setbacks. After the work was completed, we did need to contact Vickey to address a couple of small items that needed repair or an improved cleanup. However, DPP was responsive, and they took care of the issues without excuses or problems. I would confidently recommend DPP for roofing, siding, or painting services, and if I ever need additional work done, I will certainly call on them again. read less"
