Even though their estimate was higher than others, we decided to choose them for their 10-year guarantee and a detailed list of materials and costs for all parts and labor, which other companies either didn't provide or refused to do so. Despite their busy schedule with the original scope, Paul and his team tackled these issues while continuing with the bathroom renovations, which was greatly appreciated. While the project took longer than anticipated, the quality of workmanship was definitely worth the wait and very reasonably priced. Paul takes immense pride in his tiling skills and was visibly excited to update us on his progress after every workday. Working with such a dedicated contractor was a refreshing experience.
