"Initially, I intended to give a rating of 3 stars, but I ultimately settled on 2 stars as my performance anxiety did not show any signs of improvement. Even though I had seen enhancement during my six... read more-month therapy sessions with a previous therapist, I believed that my issues were more rooted in my subconscious, which led me to try hypnotherapy. Chris approached me, offering a one-time payment of $250, an appealing deal, and possessing excellent reviews. Confirming that multiple sessions might be necessary, I paid the $250 fee. Despite undergoing 5 sessions, I did not see any changes at all. Our last session was on 6/25/21, and Chris promised to check on me in a few days to evaluate my progress. However, I haven't heard from him since then, and that's why I rated him 2 stars instead of 3. Sadly, the sessions didn't make much difference. I hoped for different strategies, but they were all similar. After the fifth session, I decided to seek help elsewhere since the previous ones were unproductive. Had he followed up with me as he promised, it would have been more professional. I don't think he's a bad person, but I believe he lost interest in healing me once he realized that I wasn't improving. Even though Chris had helped other people based on his reviews, it didn't work for me. A short call acknowledging the situation would have been more appropriate than not following up.
