Initially, we were only interested in purchasing a water softener, but the Water Dr. provided us with the option to address not only the hardness but also the quality of our water. What stood out to us was their method of demonstrating solutions to us visually rather than verbally. For example, they directed us to a website that depicted the contents of water in our area and showed us chemical proof that these substances were present in our house. Additionally, they pointed out the problems with our current system, such as the reduction of water flow. Eventually, the Water Dr. installed a brand new system in our home that included both a charcoal purifier and a water softener. The water pressure in our entire home has doubled, and the taste of our water has improved so much that we no longer purchase bottled water.
