I recall requesting a backsplash tile change in the kitchen, after they had spent nearly 2 hours installing the previous one. They didn't hesitate to redo the job with the new tile, without any additional charge. The painting outcome was impeccable, and we couldn't be happier. We are already considering using them for future projects. It's important to mention that another contractor was hired to complete different work concurrently with the Delong's, which unfortunately, was a nightmare.
