He methodically assessed each project, providing honest advice and identifying potential complications. For example, he inspected a malfunctioning toilet and diagnosed the issue with precision. Our second project involved a gouge in the bedroom drywall. Scott carefully explained our options and the potential downsides of each, putting our minds at ease.
