I had complete trust in her from the start. When Caro and her staff came to our home to do our Halloween makeup, they were punctual, friendly, well-organized, and considerate. My husband and I were both dressed as skeletons, but Caro used high-quality makeup that did not itch, crack, or smudge and stayed looking fresh all evening.
