We agreed on a date, which had to be postponed by two days due to an ice storm, and he provided an estimate for the job. Helder was honest from the outset and never made false promises. When he and Steve arrived, they worked efficiently to mount my two 70-inch TVs into the cement walls, completing the job in just two hours.
