The artist showed a lack of communication and did not follow specific instructions or pictures we provided, leading to a finished product that looked nothing like what we had discussed. As a dog grooming shop, we requested a Dalmatian and Pug to be included in the mural, but the final result featured unrecognizable breeds that were poorly executed. This mural was intended to be a memorial for our beloved dog who had recently passed away, and the asymmetrical and odd-looking depiction of him brought us to tears. Most of the work was completed late at night without our presence, which led to further surprises and confusion when we would arrive at work in the morning. The artist also completely disregarded our request for a small logo and address at the entrance, and instead rushed through a sloppy and unprofessional design. Ultimately, we were extremely disappointed with the outcome and frustrated with the artist's poor attitude. We were blamed for not communicating our wishes clearly enough, which is unacceptable for a professional in this industry. We strongly recommend that anyone looking to work with this artist get everything in writing beforehand and clarify any uncertainties.
