"Hiring Billiter’s turned out to be a costly mistake as it resulted in a waste of four months and an extra $300. Despite being scheduled to cut a tree in January, Billiters delayed the job until Marc... read moreh 26 and only proceeded to cut a few limbs before their lift malfunctioned once again. They were uncommunicative about a return date and refused to refund the $500 deposit. Eventually, I decided to hire another contractor who managed to complete the job just two days after being contacted. The new contractor informed me that Billiter’s had accomplished very little and could only reduce the cost by $200. It was a significant loss to hire Billiter’s and there are more reliable and experienced companies that do not rely on a single piece of equipment for their operations. read less"
