"In December of 2021, Anthony performed work on our basement floor and steps. He removed old tiles, used concrete to level the surface, and installed a new floor. During the process, he discovered a pi... read morepe opening that had been filled with concrete by previous owners, which was causing drainage issues in the event of a flooded basement. He unblocked the pipe, and initially, we were pleased with the outcome. However, after about nine months, we noticed that the step trims were beginning to peel off, posing a safety hazard. Adhesive was coming off of at least five steps, leading to significant gaps and the trims shifting around. Despite only two of us residing in the household, the steps started to deteriorate quickly. In October of 2022, we contacted Anthony to resolve the issue. He initially responded by stating that he would fix the steps, with the cost of supplies on us. Unfortunately, we have not heard back from him since, leading us to lower our review. We are hoping that the basement floor will hold up better than the steps. read less"
