Although it wasn't the cheapest option available, we trusted Todd to get the job done correctly and obtain all necessary city permits. Throughout the renovation, Todd proved to be an excellent communicator, always asking for our feedback and offering recommendations. He was punctual and visited the site frequently to ensure that everything was going according to plan. Unexpected problems arose during the project, but Todd had the necessary connections to solve them, including asbestos removal and HVAC work. We received several quotes from other companies with lower prices, but we felt that Prestige Construction would provide us with the best quality work and guarantee it through their team and referrals.
