"After 22 years, our home was in need of a replacement for the wood pediment above the front door. I reached out to Angi for assistance and received multiple responses. Another response required an $80 fee for a mere inspection of the door. In search of better options, I contacted CrackerJack and quickly received two responses. The first response was from Kyle, who arrived on the agreed time. Kyle assessed the situation and determined that only a small piece required replacement, but would check for any water damage that may have occurred in the process. Kyle promptly completed the job, finding no water damage, and meticulously cleaned up afterward. We were impressed with Kyle's professionalism, the ease of completion, the quality of work, and the great price! Kyle also runs a dog training business and was knowledgeable about dog breeds and behaviors. We have decided to contact him for future home repairs as well as consulting on the purchase of our next dog.
