He assisted me in preparing for both the Red Cross Lifeguarding... read more Certification and Swim Pre-test, which consisted of various physical challenges such as swimming 300 yards continuously using front crawl or breaststroke, treading water for two minutes using only the legs, and completing a timed event within 1 minute, 40 seconds. Thanks to Jung's coaching, I completed the pre-test and rescue test well before the deadline, achieving one of the fastest-timed event times for the brick retrieval, at just 54 seconds (with a maximum of 1m40s) and completed the final rescue test within a minute. He worked on refining my strokes, including freestyle, streamline, and breast-stroke techniques while introducing me to object retrieval and surface diving. His extensive experience as an aquatics director and head-lifeguard proved to be incredibly valuable, and he provided me with a detailed list of our progress and improvements after each session via text message.
