From the start, Sanem was professional and easy to communicate with, and we were thrilled with the end result. Although there were moments where we felt things could be moving faster, the project was completed within the agreed-upon budget and timeline of 5 weeks. Even when we changed our minds mid-project and requested a specific type of turf that wasn't readily available, Sanem managed to source it for us and still stick to the timeline. Throughout the process, Sanem struck a great balance between listening to our vision and offering her own expert advice. She was helpful and constructive when we made changes to the original plan, even suggesting affordable alternatives when we couldn't afford certain upgrades. Sanem was also a delight to work with and remained calm and collected even under pressure. The project initially involved repairing and revamping our existing retaining wall... read more, which led to several additional projects over time. Thanks to the excellent work they did, our entire front yard has been transformed, creating an almost new-looking house. The team replaced our worn-out entry steps and wall, exchanged the unappealing concrete driveway with modern pavers, and installed new plants and lighting, along with the retaining walls. In summary, it was a sizeable task that they were able to manage efficiently. Nelson's contribution to the project was incredibly positive in many ways.
