While the staff was polite, their evident lack of experience in painting and staining porches resulted in poor-quality execution. We're facing the expense of having to pay someone else to rectify their work, which is disheartening, as we spent a significant amount to install and have our porches painted/stained. The finish is uneven, with some parts appearing caked on and others not fully coated. Our back stairs started peeling within just two days, and the project took close to a month to complete with minimal communication and unpredictable visits. We're now responsible for additional expenses on top of the amount already paid to this company. Our negative experience leads us to advise against using Sunbird for any outdoor painting projects. It's worth noting that the roof cleaning involved blowing debris onto our yard and still-wet porches after painting. Additionally, they failed to check the gutters and left a mess behind. read less"
