Despite my small home and a barking puppy, he arrived on time and started working diligently on the machine. After inspecting the unit carefully, which was a tricky configuration of stackable laundry center with dryer, Tim figured out that the computer board needed to be fixed and would have to be sent out at a cost of about $500 without labor. He advised me that I might need a new machine, which was a bit disheartening, but I appreciated his honesty and support. I paid him the service fee and continued my search for new washing machines. To my surprise, Tim contacted me on Monday afternoon with a plan B. He had reached out to the manufacturer, GE, and discovered a solution that he thought could work. He returned to my house the next morning and fixed the issue by mapping the sensors. I was thrilled that I didn't need to buy a new machine! Moreover, he didn't charge any additional fee for the second service call, which was extremely kind of him. I was very impressed with Tim's dedication and problem-solving skills. He saved me a lot of money by simply following up and helping me out. From now on, I have decided to hire him for all my future needs.
