What is even more amazing is that Eduardo, the owner, called to reschedule the job after Hurricane Florence hit North Carolina. However, to my surprise, two gentlemen arrived the day before the storm to install the new gutters since Eduardo wanted to ensure that they were in place to capture the heavy rain that was coming. My decision to hire J&M was based on their impressive 5-star rating, zero complaints on the BBB, and recommendations from friends and neighbors. When Eduardo came to inspect my roof and provide an estimate, he encouraged me to be present, which was not something other roofers did. During the inspection, Eduardo presented his credentials and product samples, explaining why he utilized them, which affirmed my confidence in his expertise. Although I initially opted for a cheaper option for my flat roof, Eduardo strongly recommended that I replace it simultaneously with the standard roof due to its age and peeling at the seams. I eventually agreed with his suggestion, and I am glad I did since most of the under layers were rotting and falling apart.
