He advised me that I might need a new machine, which was a bit disheartening, but I appreciated his honesty and support. I paid him the service fee and continued my search for new washing machines. To my surprise, Tim contacted me on Monday afternoon with a plan B. He had reached out to the manufacturer, GE, and discovered a solution that he thought could work.
