We found that the quality and workmanship of their product was great not only on CrackerJack but on Google as well. Aaron was introduced to us by Rumble Exteriors, and he clarified the product without any pressure or persuasion on his part. Opting for Rumble Exteriors helped us save a significant amount of money, and the experience of being able to directly contact Aaron with any questions we had was enjoyable. The installation of all 19 windows and exterior capping was completed in a single day. Previously, I was unsure about the purpose of exterior capping, but it made a noticeable difference in the appearance of the windows when compared with those of our neighbors who had also replaced their windows. It has given a more modern appearance. Unfortunately, Rumble Exteriors doesn't operate in Texas, or else we would have loved for them to work on the windows of our Airbnb. "Great job! The contractor we hired originally installed incorrect window/door trim for the Historic District, so this gentleman kindly removed and replaced it. He estimated that the work would take ar... read moreound 3.5 to 4 hours to complete, since he had to remove trim from two small windows, two doors, and two paired windows. However, after removing the trim, we realized that we needed to add extra work to the scope by adjusting the siding's thickness. This made the job a bit more time-consuming, but he still finished everything within the expected timeline. When he returned the next day to complete the project, there were no issues. We are extremely pleased with his work and will surely seek his services again when we need to fix the sills and trim on the rest of the house. read less"
