Their quote of $18,600 was more than double that of any other contractor, but I chose them because they claimed to have experience working with insurance. Unfortunately, the project encountered several delays. Upon completion, there was no inspection done, and I had to request that they redo some of the drywall finishing, which had been poorly executed. Although they claimed that their "engineer" had assessed the work, the permit was still open, and no final inspection had been performed; despite this, they demanded the final payment of $2,300. In December, I apprised Diego that I had not received the remaining sum from the insurance company, and it would take time to obtain it. The final outcome looks satisfactory, although it has been an arduous six months of complications, additional expenses, and unfulfilled assurances. read less"
