Though we had already finished off the rest of the basement, we had LVP flooring that just reached the closed door. When they came to the flooring, I suggested using a threshold and continuing the flooring from there. However, they refused to settle for that and instead removed a 10x4 section of flooring to ensure it properly flowed into the bathroom. I have no hesitations in rehiring them. read less"

"Diego's performance was satisfactory, but they made promises they couldn't keep. They assured me that they would negotiate the price with the insurance company, but insisted that a contract needed to ... read morebe signed for them to do so. Their quote of $18,600 was more than double that of any other contractor, but I chose them because they claimed to have experience working with insurance. Unfortunately, the project encountered several delays. Upon completion, there was no inspection done, and I had to request that they redo some of the drywall finishing, which had been poorly executed. Although they claimed that their "engineer" had assessed the work, the permit was still open, and no final inspection had been performed; despite this, they demanded the final payment of $2,300. In December, I apprised Diego that I had not received the remaining sum from the insurance company, and it would take time to obtain it. The final outcome looks satisfactory, although it has been an arduous six months of complications, additional expenses, and unfulfilled assurances. read less"
