During his visit, Kim was not watching the clock and instead took his time to educate me about my old grand piano, in addition to performing numerous small repairs and cleaning the instrument thoroughly. Although he had forgotten to bring the ivories on the first day, Kim took the key action home and even agreed to reshape the hammers. The following day, everything was done to perfection.
