"I requested the repair of our back door which was kicked in and also asked for it to be replaced. Although my spouse was home when the repairman arrived, he trusted that the job would be done correctl... read morey, as the repairman agreed to cut out the damaged area and replace it with a $20 metal door plate for added security. Instead, the repairman merely glued the split wood together and added the plate on top, leaving the door looking unprofessional and unfinished. Despite spending $200 on the job, it was completed poorly and quickly, taking only two hours to pick up the door plate despite living just five minutes away from the hardware store. I am disappointed in my decision to trust this repairman and feel that I wasted my money on a shoddy job that I now need to hire another professional to fix correctly. To all potential customers, I advise against hiring this individual as it was a total rip off for just 15 minutes of work and $180 charged. read less"
