Although there were some minor color issues, I hope they will be rectified. In terms of value for money, it's worth it, but don't expect too much. The response time is the main issue, but the highlight video turned out well. If you can exercise patience and remind them, then it's worth investing in their service. Regarding the process, I am unsure if it's just the videographer or a team, but I must highlight that I liked the individual they sent.
