However, on the day of repairs, Neil's company failed to show up or at least notify me of any changes. When I confronted Neil, he attempted to blame the subcontractor who didn't show up, but I pointed out that I had hired Neil's company, not the subcontractor. It was their responsibility to ensure their subcontractors showed up and did the work, which they failed to do. As a result, I had to hire another company to conduct the temporary repairs and will also hire them for the full roof replacement. read less"
