"Upon arrival, the worker complained about the temperature and requested that we lower the air conditioning, even though it was already running. Their task was to cut and lay some pre-laid carpet, howe... read morever, they did not have the appropriate carpet tape. Unfortunately, they cut the carpet too short, which resulted in very little progress made during the course of the five hours they were present. Furthermore, they were unable to communicate effectively, which resulted in my husband being called back from his own work to assist. The worker left the job unfinished but still requested payment of $400. The only positive aspect of their work was that they provided their own carpeting tools, which were left behind for us to keep. It is unacceptable to claim expertise in a task if you are unable to complete it efficiently and to charge accordingly. The services of a professional carpet company would have been both quicker and more cost-effective had they been available. As a result of the excessive inconvenience caused, I am requesting a refund of 50% of the charged amount. read less"

They were receptive to all of my ideas and were able to fulfill 100% of my requests. While they may not have been the quickest of contractors, they were meticulous in their work and fulfilled all of my requirements. They willingly made any necessary adjustments to their work without complaint. All of their employees were friendly and accommodating, willing to lend a hand whenever needed. They kept their work area clean and tidy, and never complained even when faced with poor weather conditions. I am confident that they will be my top choice for future jobs, including staining my deck and painting my shed, given that they are also experts in these areas. read less"
